About
I am interested in processes and materials, more specifically those that manipulate the (traditionally) immutable. This interest has manifested in studies of a variety of crafts and disciplines, ranging from traditional Japanese wood-fired cermics to blacksmithing and foundry work to engineering design of and for 3D printers (and other creative tools). I value creativity deeply and think that it is important to arm one's creative intelect with exposure to as many diverse disciplines and ideas as possible.
More information about my studies and work can be found on my blog.
